Zedd on VEVO today via Republic Records/Universal Music Canada, the country’s leading music company. Watch it HERE. Directed by Darren Craig (Rihanna, Drake, Justin Timberlake), it’s another epic, and engaging visual from the songstress that reflects the sound’s massive energy. Collaborators Grey also make a cameo.
“Starving” is quickly becoming another global smash from Steinfeld. The track has soared to the Top 10 of iTunes Top Pop Songs Chart, has landed Top 20 on Spotify’s Canada Top 50 chart, is Top 20 on Spotify’s Global Top 50, has netted over 100 million-plus Spotify streams, and moves up to Top 40 on Shazam’s chart in Canada. Steinfeld performed the track nightly on her first-ever North American tour supporting Meghan Trainor this past summer, and recently took the stage with Zedd and Grey to perform the hit at the iHeart Music Festival in Las Vegas.
Next up, she stars in the James L. Brooks-produced The Edge of Seventeen, directed by Kelly Fremon-Craig and also starring Woody Harrelson and Kyra Sedgwick, Steinfeld has earned unanimous critical acclaim for her role.
